Doctor Who 50th Day of the Doctor

It starts in less than 95 minutes, and the Google logo is even the Doctors in Minecraft form. Can I have a TARDIS that takes me to the 50th?? Why do Rose's eyes glow? It's not totally Bad Wolf glow, but it looks oh-so-similar. Which Doctor is the past? Present? Future? Is John Hurt's doctor just an aged 8?
